Lake Hill House

Situated on a beautiful wooded 2 acres near Cooper Lake, the existing house offered a lot that needed to be improved upon. Keeping the main volume intact we designed a two storey addition at the back of the house with a dining room on the ground level and a main bedroom at the second. The wrap around deck that straddles the Dining and Living areas is configured as an extension of the interiors to the outdoors. The renovation also included significant upgrades to the heating/cooling systems and building envelope to improve comfort and energy efficiency. Completed in 2024
